WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Unsuitable items bought from GC Shop may be returned within 14 days of purchase. 

This policy applies to full price and sale items and is in addition to your statutory rights. Unsuitable items must be in their original condition and have all tags attached. 

Some items are exempt from this policy for safety or hygiene reasons including facemasks, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed) and fragrance and grooming products (where the packaging is unsealed).

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER – MALAYSIA?

You can return items to us via Poslaju. Both options are free for Malaysian customers and labels are included in your order. 

  • Fill in the Returns Note enclosed with your order, telling us which item(s) you are returning, whether you want a refund or exchange and the reason for your return using the reason codes printed on your Returns Note

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER – INTERNATIONAL?

You can return items to us via post at your own cost. 

  • Fill in the Returns Note enclosed with your order, telling us which item(s) you are returning, whether you want a refund or exchange and the reason for your return using the reason codes printed on your Returns Note
  • Pack up the item(s) you wish to return and enclose your completed Returns Note before you seal it
  • Address the parcel to Gentleman’s Code Shop, D-0-10 & D-1-10, Plaza Damas, 60, Jalan Sri Hartamas 1, Taman Sri Hartamas, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
  • Post your parcel via your local postal office using a trackable service

Don’t forget to enclose your completed Returns Note as this may delay your refund

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

All purchases are refunded via your original method of payment.

WHERE IS MY ONLINE REFUND?

First check your returns tracking number to see if we have received your return back.

If we have, please 2 working days for us to process your refund and a further 3-5 working days for it to arrive in your account. During peak sale times it can take us slightly longer to process returns..
